You never know when there’s going to be a mine in the
ground. You might have an inkling if you come across an entrance or a sign, but
if it’s the explosive kind then you’ve got very little chance. Holes are a bit
easier to find so long as you keep your eyes open and don’t trip into them,
unless of course, they’re covered over as a booby trap. They’re more likely to
be found near the coast, but we do have high hills in the midlands with a lot
of caves. Holes don’t just occur naturally; they happen because something
nearby has been disturbing the ground. Unless there’s a non-human force undergoing
a mining expedition, but it’s more likely that Jack has been looking for
natural spring water to make moonshine with… Maybe he’s come up here to look
for new sources or make deliveries! At least the boat stands out with its
artwork.
