So who is the Man in The Hat? Presumably he works at the
brewery. He’s certainly going to remain incognito in sunglasses. Is he a man
who likes to party? Is he a big fan of live music? Does he sit next to the
fermenters with a saxophone practicing his talent while he encourages the yeast
to germinate? You can just see him strolling out with a big grin on his face
after a morning’s session, in a bright orange shirt and blue tie, and a suit to
match with polished black shoes. He might even carry his jacket over his
shoulder. Then he’ll get into his car and roll towards the nearest pub to enjoy
the fruits of his endeavours, knowing everyone by name as he enters and entertaining
the whole bar in between sips. Or he could be someone passing through for a
beer, never to be seen again, but he’s inspired someone to create this tipple.
