It sounds quite pleasant but the cherry trees have vanished
a long time ago. There’s a small strip of grass dividing the road where they
once might have been but the locals have loaded them up into their chevies by
now. Instead, there’s a special school and a social club alongside a community centre
and a building that hosts a doctor’s surgery. The houses look pleasant enough
and there’s an attempt to line the road with trees to offer shade and hide the larger
buildings, but it’s the people who live in the flats behind them that you need
to worry about as they’re always trying to borrow things. There’s a few
functional cars scattered around but nothing too upmarket. No-one would risk
it. There’s painted lines and sloped walls which indicate which lots belongs to
which building, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the locals use them as skate
ramps. Who knows what’s inside?
