Water, Water, Everywhere...

…but is it the right kind of water? When you’ve got water in unwanted places, it shows that someone has failed in their job to battle against nature. There seem to be an increase in fines issued to the companies responsible for the network. It could be a flood in someone’s business or pollution in local beauty spots, but the error is causing distress to someone. Are these companies being mismanaged by putting profits before responsibility? Has there been a cost-cutting measure in techniques or materials? Or is it a battle of man struggling to keep up with nature? Despite whatever disaster occurs, we still need them to operate to get the right people that are required to keep our services running. They’ll get around to it one day. It could just be a shortage of engineers who can pick and choose their shifts to suit as their skills are in high demand.
