We ventured outside onto the street. A long pedestrianised
road stretched out in front of us with neon signs depicting unknown contents
were hanging off tall buildings. We passed a square with a stage and a bar and restaurant
next to it. At the end of the row was a Lego shop which I had to explore.
Inside was a Chinese dragon as well as other miniature landmarks from around
the world. The walls were lined with a Lego depiction of the high street
outside. We then had to find food. We ventured into a food hall which had lots
of different deli stands and cafes on offer. On the fourth floor, we found a
small café staffed by students and decided to give it a go. After finding
someone who spoke a little English, we were served promptly with great value
food which was freshly cooked. My mother delighted in the red Thai curry with
prawns.
