It’s a hard graft at the local store. You’re limited to what
space and resources you’ve got and you have to have the best people in place
too; especially when disaster happens such as a leak in the roof or a power
failure. You need to have people who are prepared to work together no matter what
level they’re on; and recognise their contribution however minor that might be.
You’ve got to watch out for the safety of each other and the general public and
balance your contractor’s needs as well. If you’ve got people alongside you
with a can-do attitude and an ounce of common sense, you’ll win the day no matter
what challenges are put in front of you. There’s even a chance to flout the rules
and be flirty and friendly as possible as long as everyone’s aware of what they
can and can’t get away with.
