A Close Up

People used to be able to see things before they buy them. Usually, that’s not a problem. You’d take it off the shelf and have a look. But a lot of our stuff is hidden behind closed doors. You have to trust what’s printed before you get the item into your hands. Sometimes you might not get the information you want until you get the box open, and if you open it in the wrong way you’ll damage the packaging which will make it very difficult to return. It’s vitally important to have all the information displayed, because not it’ll be harder for someone to make a decision as they’ll be taking a risk. You can take a photo and send it to the enquirer, but if you haven’t got a company phone you’ll be risking your own information and you’ll also be doing what the webpage for the product should be doing anyway.
