‘No. As long as we keep our heads up high and our bodies well-hidden
then I think we'll be OK.’
‘But what if we have to move?’
‘We’ll just have to hope that they can't catch up. With a
bit of luck, we'll be able to keep the deer in front of us so that we don't
give the game away. At least there's a good chance that we won't get hit by a
boomerang round here.
‘So how do they control this lot?’
‘Well, it could be done by nets, they could use dogs, or they
could just chase them down and turn them into meat.’
‘So if we're not careful, we could be mistaken for a venison
burger?’
‘Yep.’
‘Crikey. What if we gave them a good boxing?’
‘Well, the game would be up, but they wouldn't be expecting
it. We’d have to start all over again or leg it.’
