Lunch was served inside of a large open house, but it was a
shame that we didn’t have any wildlife to look at while we were dining.
However, we did have time to walk around the lake before re-boarding our coach
then we went a bit mad and bought panda hairbands and a cuddly toy panda
dressed up as Captain America complete with shield. We travelled to Chongqing
where we admired some amazing skyscrapers which slanted into the sky before boarding
our boat which was to be our home for the next three nights. As well as a cruising
deck, function room complete with bar and a full dining room, it also had a small
downstairs gym. Our room was very smart and we even had a mini balcony to watch
the world cruise by. We just had to make sure that the curtains were drawn at
night as sometimes we’d wake up and we’d be moored directly alongside another
boat!
