The circular domed buildings looked amazing. One was even
constructed of futuristic baubles. At night we climbed some steps to a bar
overlooking the river. We ordered cocktails, I was hoping I’d end up with a
nice Talisman glass but I got a girlie one and my mother received the reverse. All
of the buildings were lit up, and even the night boats on the river had some
form of neon glow on them. The top deck was a dining room. On our return to our
room, we passed the butterflies again and they were also lit up. Back at the
hotel we stopped for one last drink in the bar, but no-one else was around. The
next morning was a stop for souvenir shopping. We entered a mall with a slight
difference; every rooftop had a pagoda on it. Some made straight for the
Pandora store to get discounts, but we wanted to grab a coffee and soak in the
outside atmosphere first.
