-JP Morgan.
That’s probably the toughest step to do. If your plans don’t
involve something in the present, then you need to leave it behind. You’ve got
to get up off your arse and move. It’s about leaving behind the comfort zone
that you’re used to and venturing into the unknown. You can’t do everything,
and you may need to have a plan to see you through broken down into steps to
help you achieve your goal. And you either need to keep at what you’re doing a
little bit harder, or do something completely different. You need to switch
something off or tune something out to stop you from being distracted. It is
nice to have a back-up plan so that you’ve got something to go back to if it
doesn’t work out. But you’ve got to take that bold step first. It’s something
that I’ve been trying to do for ages.
