This is a simple take on a traditional game, but it’s good
fun as well. It’s complicated to build, and it can be a bit flimsy. It’s mostly
made of cardboard which has to be slotted into the right places. There’s
different levels as well as ladders which clip in at the side and ramps that roll
down to them. Some holes are bigger than others to direct the balls to the
correct angle. There’s even a storage space to store the marbles and dice when
you’re not playing, though you do have to think where you’re going to put the
thing unless you’re planning to take it apart. Even when we’re not rolling the
dice, the girls still love playing with this as they like rolling the marbles
over the holes and seeing where they end up. This is a distraction as there’s
lots of other stuff going on in the room as well, mainly school-set homework.
