But who should she pick? Perhaps she would hold try-outs. Perhaps it was time to show herself at night to see what the lay of the land was. Or would it be safer to find someone she could trust. She would have to get to know the people under her power to see who the better ones were. For the first time, she would have to pay attention to them to learn who were the most skilled. She suddenly realised how alone she felt. They all worked together to serve her and she didn’t know any of them. She sighed. Maybe she should introduce herself to them gently. Tease them into what she wanted them to do and gage their reaction. She should start with the bigger ones first to see what their stamina was like since there were plenty of them about. A lot of them worked on the farm and had great big muscles.
