Come to think of it, I’ve never heard of them; even though I’m sure they must exist. |They are birds after all. Duck eggs are widely available; so why not turkey? Perhaps it’s the taste. They might not be fully developed, or we must wait for them to mature. Maybe they’re like drugs and they’re too good to be put out for sale. You’d have to sneak onto the farm to obtain them yourself or try the black market, though you’d need to know the difference otherwise you could be fooled. Apparently the real reason is all to do with commercial production, and it’s much cheaper to produce chicken eggs as they’re laid more often. Maybe the market for turkey eggs is already saturated, and there’s a secret waiting list to get on it for a supply. You’ll have to ask your local turkey farmer. He’ll probably tell you that turkeys don’t lay eggs.
