I was looking for a sweet treat for the girls. It’s a quick
and cheap alternative to the gingerbread which takes longer to build and you
only get one. The kids might enjoy decorating them but I’m not sure if they
like gingerbread so I had to send Mum a quick pic to find out. Turns out that
they’re not a fan. They might not be interested in decorating them if they can’t
eat them themselves. I’ll have to find another playmate for them. If it was me,
I’d focus on making them clothes rather than just faces and buttons, but there
may not be enough icing in the pack for that. You get a lot of hundreds and
thousands, but it’s hard to see any tubes underneath and whether you should
bake them either. But I’m going to have to settle for the Kipling cakes next to
them instead.
