One of the maids had to apologise to the King & Queen. She was a small young thing who hadn’t long been in service but was keen to make a reputation of herself in front of the royal family. While everyone else was focused on the residents, she would take the initiative and apologise to the King and Queen and get the princess up so that the breakfast room could be prepared. She skipped along the passageway, and as she turned into the corridor leading past the breakfast room, she came to a halt. Rubble was everywhere. Perhaps the castle had been attacked as the door was lying on the floor. In its place was a silk-like material with a nozzle for a handle with cracks around the walls. She placed a hand on it and a huge sigh echoed behind it. As she turned it, a milk-white substance came out.
