That’s a lot. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that we all drank that many beers. It’s all about the likes. Someone could toast someone a hundred times without cracking a single can or posting anything. Or it could be doubled if they all reciprocated. But you don’t have to use the app to do that anyway. You might be a marketer and just want the info. But it would be impressive if just one post got a million likes. Imagine the awareness you could get. You’d be very famous. Think of how many loaves you’ll have gotten through, and all the grills, toasters, butters, knives and plates that have been used. It’s probably the wrong utensils and you’ll probably want to measure the amount of beer consumed in pints; barrels and hectolitres (whatever they are). But maybe the slices were given out alongside the goblets when the ancient romans raised their glasses. There may be a few cracked ones out there.
