She’s just been doing online lessons and she has to demonstrate
pairs. There were some suggestions of drawing two identical pictures, but she’s
done the easy option of drawing two circles next to each other so that she can
run back downstairs to play. I don’t know what this means for the future of her
education if she’s only doing enough to get by and she’s not putting the effort
in. But there’s not much that we can do about it. I did manage to persuade her to
build a tower and took a photograph of it for evidence to upload to the class’s
cloud, but I’m not sure if this will suffice. As far as she’s concerned, she’s
done the job. She might be young, but she knows that she’s got sass and she
knows when to use it. Is she blowing us a kiss or is she just posing?
